Jungle Queen Riverboat

An iconic ride on the Jungle Queen will take you through the most beautiful homes of the rich and famous on the beautiful Intercoastal Waterway. Best of all, the boat is also stocked with a full bar!
Secret Woods Nature Center
This small park along the New River features beautiful nature trails, an exhibit hall, and a packed schedule of nature-oriented events and programming.
Bonnett House Museum & Gardens
This beautiful estate, built in 1920 by artist Frederic Clay Bartlett, is a preeminent house museum dedicated not only to historic and environmental preservation but also to learning and creative expression. In addition to their historic significance, the Bonnet House grounds encompass one of the last examples in South Florida of a native barrier island habitat. Today, Bonnet House is a haven for migratory birds, year-round birds indigenous to Florida wetland and coastal areas, and manatees that occasionally seek refuge in the estate’s Boathouse Canal. It is a must-do!

Anne Kolb Nature Center
This nature center features over 1500 acres, making it the largest in the Broward County parks system. It features a coastal mangrove wetland rich in plant and animal life, including some threatened and endangered species. It also has a pretty cool observation tower; it’s worth the hike up!
Ft. Lauderdale Beach Park
